KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Marko Dordevic has been named the NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week after scoring six goals in three matches for Missouri Baptist University.

Dordevic is off to a sizzling start for MBU, recording six goals and 16 shots on goal through the first four matches of the season.

In last week's matches against Hope International University, Corban University, and Warner Pacific University, Dordevic netted two goals in each contest, bringing his total to six goals in the first four matches of the 2024 season. The junior also recorded 14 shots on goal last week.

Last season, Dordevic led the team in goals with eight and is already on pace to exceed that this year. 

This is the first NAIA Player of the Week award for Dordevic in his career with the Spartans.

MBU returns home for its season opener against Benedictine College on Saturday at 6 p.m. CDT at Spartan Field.
