ST. LOUIS - The Missouri Baptist University women's soccer team is back in action this weekend, hosting Mount Mercy University in a conference matchup Saturday at Spartan Field. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. This will be the first time Mount Mercy and Missouri Baptist have faced off in soccer.

The Spartans will look to defend their home field and add a crucial win in the Heart of America Athletic Conference standings. MBU is returning home with a 0-0 tie against Graceland University. 

With the season entering a pivotal stretch, Saturday's contest provides an opportunity for Missouri Baptist to continue building momentum and strengthen its position in league play. 

The Mustangs have had a strong start to conference play, coming into this game with a record of 4-3-1. The Spartans stand at a conference record of 3-3-1.
