Matthew Lash was named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Monday. In Missouri Baptist University's two wins over Missouri Valley College and William Woods University, Lash scored 10 goals, including a season-high 11 points in the Spartans 22-2 conference victory over the Vikings.
 

Against MVC, the senior from Aurora, Colo., tallied six goals and five assists, both season highs for the transfer from Adams State. On the road at William Woods, he tacked on four more goals to his stat line for the week.
 

Lash has had a prolific start to the 2025 campaign, leading the Spartans in goals and assists with 18 and 10, respectively.

The Spartans are set to host a pair of home games this week as they take on Saint Ambrose and Benedictine on Wednesday and Saturday at Spartan Field.
