Marshall, Mo.- The Missouri Baptist University women's wrestling team fell on the road to the tenth-ranked Missouri Valley College Vikings 38-10 in their last away dual of the season.

Zoe Fries picked up wins to aid the Spartans' score.
The Vikings took a forfeit at 125 to start the dual and take the first points of the night. The freshman from Rayne, La., Young represented MBU at 110 against Raqual Garcia of MVC.
The match was a barn-burner as Garcia found the first four points of the bout, but Young responded quickly with four of her own. After a lot of scoring exchanges, Young found the last two points and eventually fell at the 2:34 mark.
The Vikings picked up uncontested wins at the next three weights.
At 138, Fries made quick work of Mystyque Anderson as she found the 12-0 technical fall over the Viking at the minute mark.
The Vikings won the remaining weight classes and the dual 38-10.
The Spartans compete tomorrow night, Thursday, Feb. 11, 2026, for Senior Night against Graceland University (Iowa). Wrestling to start at 5 p.m. Senior Day festivities to start at 4:40.
