Three Missouri Baptist University baseball standouts were named to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District® Baseball Team, as College Sports Communicators recognized Max Shabestari, Sam Paule, and Marcus Graham for their combined excellence on the field and in the classroom.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 23.

Shabestari, Paule, and Graham each played key roles in MBU's success during the 2026 season while producing standout statistical campaigns.
Shabestari led the trio with a strong all-around offensive season, batting .283 with 49 hits, 17 doubles, three triples, and nine home runs. He drove in 41 runs, scored 38 times, and posted a .572 slugging percentage along with a .416 on-base percentage across 52 starts.

Paule was one of the Spartans' most consistent offensive threats, hitting .366 with 45 hits in 123 at-bats over 42 games. He recorded six home runs, 32 RBI, and 41 runs scored while adding eight stolen bases. Paule finished with a .561 slugging percentage and a .459 on-base percentage while providing steady production throughout the lineup.

Graham also delivered a strong all-around season, batting .369 with 52 hits, 14 doubles, five triples, and two home runs. He drove in 13 runs, scored 27 times, and posted a .582 slugging percentage with a .483 on-base percentage.

The CSC Academic All-District® program recognizes student-athletes meeting high academic standards while competing at an elite level. Honorees are voted on by CSC members, with select student-athletes advancing to the national ballot for Academic All-America® consideration.
