The MBU women's tennis team suffered an 8-1 loss to Washington University in St. Louis on March 30. Missouri Baptist is now 4-3 on the season.

The only win for the Lady Spartans came from sophomore Kristen Roberts at  number five singles. She took her set 7-5, 6-3.

The Lady Spartans will have a week off before returning to play against Lindenwood University on April 8 at Creve Coeur Racquet Club. Match time is set for 3:30 p.m.
