ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Baptist women's tennis team hosted Evangel University over the weekend, and fell to the Crusaders, 8-0.

In doubles, Nika Juricic and Kat Randolph fell, 8-0, in No. 1 Doubles. Shelby Mund and Nicole Savant fell in No. 2 Doubles, 8-1.

Lindsey Kuehnel shined in No. 6 Singles, but fell 6-4, and 6-1.

Missouri Baptist will host Lewis & Clark Community College in exhibition play on Monday, beginning at noon.

The Spartans will end the season with home matches in five of the last seven dates.
