ST. LOUIS [BOX SCORE] – The Missouri Baptist men's lacrosse defeated Asbury University (Ky.) 14-1 on Thursday. 

The Spartans opened the game and went on a 12 goal scoring run before the Eagles were able to answer back with their lone goal of the game.

MBU went on to score two more goals before the final buzzer sounded.

Aaron McClintock and Dan Mollet led the offense with three goals apiece. Josh Zion and Austin Dahl followed right behind with two goals of their own.

Tim Borroff, Griffin Trotter, Andy Coulter, and Chase Hammernick also found net for the Spartans in the contest.

Missouri Baptist will take the field again on Friday April 1 at a neutral site against No. 4 ranked St. Andrews (N.C.).
