MAUMELLE, Ark. – Missouri Baptist Men's Golf finished sixth of 12 at the CBC Mustang Invite in Maumelle, Ark. on Monday and Tuesday. The Country Club of Arkansas, a par 72 measuring out at 6458 yards, played host.
For the second consecutive tournament this spring,
Tomas Ventieri emerged as the top individual finisher (T14) for the Spartans with rounds of 76 and 73.
Jack Moran finished solo 27
th (77-78).
Paolo Urso (77-79) and
Drew Wielgus (78-78) each tied for 28
th.
Fernando del Campo posted rounds of 84 and 79 to tie for 47
th.
The Spartans will have nearly a month off before returning to action in Mountain Home, Ark. at the 'Battle of Big Creek' hosted by Williams Baptist (April 12-13).
