FULTON, Mo. - The Spartan softball bats were held in check all day by William Woods University. The Owls defeated Missouri Baptist in game one 3-2, and won game two 12-0 in five innings.

Jenna Bentlage came up next and ripped a double to right center, scoring Wildhaber narrowing the lead down to 3-1. The team continued to fight into the seventh.
