Four Missouri Baptist University standouts were named to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District® Softball Team, as College Sports Communicators recognized

Makayla Johnson and
Jacie Dees for their combined excellence on the field and in the classroom.
The 2026 Academic All-District® teams honor the nation's top student-athletes for both academic and athletic achievement, with honorees advancing to consideration for the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Academic All-America® selections across NCAA Divisions I, II, III and NAIA will be announced June 16.
Leigraf led Missouri Baptist's power surge during the 2026 season, batting .340 with a program single-season record 16 home runs and 61 RBIs across 54 starts. She totaled 55 hits, including 11 doubles and two triples, while posting a .728 slugging percentage and scoring 50 runs. Leigraf also drew 19 walks and added six stolen bases, helping anchor a lineup that produced 388 runs on the year.
Fischer was a key two-way contributor for Missouri Baptist, hitting .409 with 70 hits, 19 doubles, and seven home runs while driving in 43 runs over 54 games. She compiled a .655 slugging percentage and .482 on-base percentage with 24 walks and just six strikeouts. In the circle, Fischer went 14-5 with a 3.08 ERA, recording 111 strikeouts over 118.1 innings while holding opponents to a .244 batting average.
Johnson paced Missouri Baptist offensively with a .462 batting average, collecting a team-high 79 hits in 171 at-bats while scoring 65 runs. She added 15 doubles, six triples, and 12 home runs for a .830 slugging percentage and .551 on-base mark. Johnson also drove in 38 runs, stole 19 bases, and contributed defensively with 220 total chances over 54 starts.
Dees provided consistent production in the Missouri Baptist lineup, batting .346 with 55 hits in 159 at-bats across 54 games. She tallied 20 doubles, two triples, and two home runs while driving in 34 runs and scoring 40 times. Dees posted a .535 slugging percentage and .422 on-base percentage, adding 13 stolen bases to round out her all-around offensive contribution.
The CSC Academic All-District® program recognizes student-athletes meeting high academic standards while competing at an elite level. Honorees are voted on by CSC members, with select student-athletes advancing to the national ballot for Academic All-America® consideration.
