ST. LOUIS – Rain spoiled Thursday afternoon's non-conference softball doubleheader between Missouri Baptist University and Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. After playing three innings through sporadic rain, lightning and heavier showers halted play for good in the top of the fourth.

Because Game One failed to reach the 5-inning threshold, no scores or statistics will be counted from the contest. There is no make-up date scheduled for the non-conference doubleheader. 

Also, due to more rain in the forecast, Friday's AMC series with (RV) Columbia College has been moved to Wednesday, April 3 with the first game scheduled to start at 2 p.m.
